We identify our customers’ requirements so that we can develop the correct qualification test protocol. All relevant factors are considered, such as product size, ambient conditions, transit times, assembly needs and shipping methods so that we can accurately simulate the conditions to be encountered in transit. We are then able to develop and qualify the most cost-effective solution.

Laminar’s purpose built test and qualification laboratory has walk-in environmental chambers and is the largest in Europe for temperature controlled packaging. It uses state of the art data logging equipment and test measurements are traceable to certified national calibration standards. These can be used to support dossier submissions to all relevant licensing authorities.

We provide shipping solutions for chilled (2-8°C), frozen (below 0°C) or warm temperatures (15-25°C), either bespoke or off-the-shelf solutions and we offer full implementation support.

Our customers can also take advantage of our laboratory facilities to test their own shipping systems to meet increasingly stringent quality assurance demands.
