Dependable insulated shipping with Chilltherm^® National

Laminar Medica, the leading manufacturer of temperature controlled packaging, has launched its latest range of fully qualified insulated shipping solutions. The Chilltherm® National range has been developed to provide a consistent temperature of between 2 and 8ºC for critical medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare products, ensuring the products arrive at their destination with their integrity intact.

The Chilltherm® National range offers a service duration of between 12 and 36 hours, providing a robust, reliable and cost effective solution for shipping products over short to moderate distances for same day or next day delivery. The system is easy to store and quick to assemble, making it an extremely user friendly solution, and enabling logistical processes to be streamlined for a considerable reduction in costs.

The range of validated shippers has been tested to both summer and winter ambient temperatures, with a common bill of materials that can be configured for hot or cold cycles. This results in one effective solution for use all year round, eliminating the costly need for multiple seasonal packaging solutions. Furthermore, a full range of sizes are available in the range, from 3.1 litres to 18.6 litres, meeting the specific requirements of a given application.

As the Chilltherm® National range is a fully qualified solution, reports are readily available without the need to wait for lengthy test or qualification procedures. Once again, this enables costs to be reduced significantly and makes it possible to operate within tight deadlines. If required, extensive supporting data can also be supplied to demonstrate compliance with GDP.
